Amateur champions make Samoa Open history

For two consecutive years, amateur golfers have won the Samoa Open against fields that included professional competitors.

Samoan amateur Aaron Evalu won in 2025. In 2026, Rajat Rai, a New Zealand Fijian amateur, finished four strokes clear of the leading professional to claim the overall title.
